Seller reviewI am the Court appointed Receiver for the corporate owner of this and several properties for which Jennifer is handling. There have been and continue to be numerous road blocks in our way, including having to repeatedly going back to court to address problems created by an owner/occupant. Jennifer has professionally and exceptionally handled these issues. She has dealt with difficult tenants, parties, and potential buyers in a manner that I would not expect of anyone, and doing it a way that everyone gained an appreciation for her and her talents. Everyone involved has continued to like Jennifer which was an impossible task in this situation. She has exceeded all expectations and my expectations were already high. Anyone considering buying or selling property should unequivocally use Jennifer!!!
