Her family has always been well respected and trustworthy which means she was my only pick to have as a broker. Exceptional in her role. Constant communication was very good. Every thing went really well during the process. I would be more than willing to give a good recommendation of Jennifer Dunn to anyone seeking a broker. I was always given good advise about fixing or/and repairs that was pointed out by the inspection. The broker also was able to get the proper professionals to complete any repairs. And, that was because of her knowing the community very well.
