Buyer reviewThe house we bought had some nasty owners prior. They made it disheartening to buy a home. Although the sellers were rude, Jennifer was always making sure we were happy and getting everything we needed. The sellers had a difficult time adhearing to what stayed and what went with the house, Jennifer corrected any issues we had.

Seller reviewI searched the web of realtors. When I got to Century 21, I read all the bios until I got to Jenifer 's. After reading her bio, I felt I knew her. I called ,we talked and I knew she was the one God would have chosen.She explained everything and made sure I understood . Very patient, heard me out. Sign went up ,Only 2 people saw the house .3days SOLD .The 2nd person bought it. She did all the work. She even help me Who does that,? I'm a Minister , God told me what to do and he sent her to help me do it. A Woman of Faith. Let her help you. Buyer reviewJennifer was great from the start when I put the bid in on the home I wanted the sales excepted the offer and we agreed to lock the amount of the offer in a contract with myself and the seller..after I signed all the documents we had to wait on the sellers signatures...well thank goodness Jennifer caught it rite away the seller tried signing all the documents under there business name from that point on I was very comfortable with all of Jennifer's work I trusted her advice and so much more she was very professional and understanding..my sale was a quick sale we had a 30 day closing date and she helped guide me and remind me at times that there was alot to do in a short period of time which of course she was rite I truly appreciate amd i am so very happy that I had her.
