Jennifer went WELL OVER the Above and Beyond mark. She was very communicative and understanding. She knew what we were looking for and had the knowledge and resources of things we needed when we had a few issues that arose during the home buying process. She was very well spoken and explained any questions we had, and I felt bad because there were a lot of questions. Now that was JUST the PURCHASE of our home. She provided an astronomical amount of help AFTER the closing. Things she didn't have to do, she did. She was assertive in getting stuff fixed and done and in my opinion, that says a HUGE AMOUNT about her character and love for her clients and job. She is a MAJOR asset to your company and stands firm on believing in TRUE CUSTOMER/CLIENT services! We love her and would use her again and I've referred her to others because I know the amazing and kind hearted person she is!!!❤️
