Her sensitivity to my interests, the timing I required and the grasp she has of the market were important factors in both my selling and this purchase. We had to do a lot of the searching remotely because my wife and family were not yet in Utah. After find the right house, Jenny was great and negotiating the terms that would accommodate our family. She was very helpful in working through issues with the sellers agent (who at times was less than helpful). From the start of the search process to the closing, Jenny was a great agent.
