We have had an occasion or two where we couldn't reach her as quickly as my husband wanted to, but he has no patience. She is usually available or calls back quickly if we have to leave a voice mail.
I can't think of one thing that I would criticize Jenny for, she is super in all of these categories. I just told her shortly before closing that I was in awe of the multitude of things she knows right off the top of her head. She is great.
