The house we bough was a short sale with a very complicated process. for a moment we almost found it impossible to purchase this house. Jerome helped us every step of the way, by providing us with great information and guidance. The one thing we really appreciate from Jerome, is that he went out of his way to make things happen, when we got a deadline from the selling bank for the closing. Jerome was in constant communication with my lender, the selling agency/bank, and other entities to speed thing up and complete the closing on time (which it happen) Thank you!!!
