Buyer reviewWe used Jerrold Thompson II to represent us in the sale of our East Aurora home in 2020. After moving away from the area, we made the decision to relocate back to WNY this year. We initially contacted the listing agent for a two-family house in Buffalo and quickly realized that realtors are not all alike. We reached out to Jerrold Thompson II after seeing the house at 12 West Falls Rd on Zillow and he immediately responded and that same afternoon, went out to the property and contacted the listing agent. The next day, he put an offer together for us and ensured it was competitive and we ended up successfully bidding on the property. He took me to tour homes and took my requirements seriously. He didn't try to push for me to get a house outside of my budget and was very aware and quick to inform me of possible expenses I would need to do on the homes we were looking at. I went into my house, with full knowledge of it's faults and it's benefits. I was able to make a great choice and am currently living happily in my home now.
