Seller reviewJerry's advice on preparing the property for sale, photos for the website listing and selecting the proper listing price point resulted in immediate and numerous showings by buyers' agents with offers above the listing price and a quick sale. He communicated often and offered guidance in the "next step" after discussing the offers. When the buyer's anticipated financing ran into a delay, he worked with the buyer's agent to find a mutually acceptable plan to quickly finalize the sale without changing the contract terms. We were comfortable with Jerry's advice througout the process and it seems he provides the same attention and effort in selling a house in this price range as he would with a million dollar property.
