This was my first time buying a home and she explained all the specific jargon. Jess explained things in simple terms that I could understand. She was excellent on staying on top of keeping me updated on important information. She always kept me in the loop with updates and new homes she would fine. She did a great job at making sure she knew exactly what I was looking for in a home. She is very knowledgeable. Every question I had, she had an answer for. I work nights and she did an amazing job working around my schedule. We looked at homes in the evening, which was the best time for me to look. She truly went over and above.

My husband and I started out our home buying process almost two years with another real estate agent from a different company. This other realtor was not providing the services we thought they should have been and we very frustrated. We happened to land upon Jess through a Facebook post she had made about a house that we were interested to hear more about. We can not say enough great things about Jess. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond expectations. She made the home-buying process so smooth and easy.
