We cannot say enough good things about Jessica Miller. She was friendly, kind, helpful, and comfortable, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout. She made the process very easy and has a way of simplifying a fairly complicated process for her buyers and sellers - we had not worked with a realtor before, so Jess was always thorough and explained things at the appropriate level of detail so we were able to understand every aspect of the process. She was knowledgeable of the whole process and provided great advice when we needed it, but also always informed us that it was always ultimately our decision. Jess is also available and flexible - she was often able to show us houses as soon as they hit the market and was very accommodating to my husband's odd work schedule. She was able to successfully maintain a busy schedule without ever making us feel rushed at a showing or meeting with her. She was approachable as well - we felt comfortable asking her any and all questions we had (there were a lot) and she was always able to provide an answer quickly. We trusted her throughout the whole process. We were also never stressed about the common, occasional hiccups that come up in both the buying and selling processes - Jess always kept us informed, and we had confidence that she would handle them in our best interest. Her customer service is seriously top-notch - for example, we had some electrical issues with our house after closing on the day we moved in. We reached out to Jess and she immediately had an electrician come out to figure out the issue, and even came over while he was there to make sure everything went accordingly! If we move again someday, we will no doubt be using Jessica Miller as our realtor. We already have and will continue to recommend Jess to all our family and friends. She truly cares about each of her clients and goes above and beyond to satisfy their needs. I was on vacation during much of the buying process. Jess Miller went above and beyond our expectations in order to answer all of our questions while we were out of town. She answered questions at all hours of the day and even went to the property on my behalf to as the builder questions. Due to Jess' efforts, we were able to purchase the exact home we wanted and felt very confident in our buying decision. Jess Miller was always very enjoyable to work with. Jessica helped me purchase my town home. She was professional, patient, helpful, dependable and friendly. When she was out of town, she had one of her co-workers step in to assist me. If she hadn't done that, I may have lost out on such a beautiful place that is now my new home!

We've known Jessica Miller for several years so we knew we would enjoy working with her as our realtor. Although we knew her previously in a different capacity, we were absolutely blown away by her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and patience as our agent as we searched for our new home and prepared our home for sale. She provided well researched and thorough responses to my questions within minutes of me texting them to her. She scheduled showings within hours of us expressing interest in homes so we wouldn't miss out on them in this demanding market. Her organization and attention to details within the contracts while still thinking big picture to coordinate the closure of both our previous and new home with the sellers and buyers agent was amazing. Her attention to detail saved our closings the day before they were scheduled to occur. Jess took care of a last minute fire drill which we didn't even learn about until we showed up for closing, so we didn't have to stress about it. She always had our best interest in mind and advocated for us throughout the entire process. We strongly recommend working with Jess!

Jess made the experience of buying our first house very pleasant. She made sure to clearly outline the steps of the process as well as what we could expect for timing and costs.
