Jessica Lutz of CENTURY 21 Legacy

We started dealings with Jessica Lutz back in 2011. She worked very hard trying to find us exactly what we were liking for. She showed us tons of homes. Very patient and never rude at any point. Finally found one house we feel in love with. Unfortunately we were not able to purchase any thing after everything was said and done. She reassured us we would one day be able to buy a home. Still after all the time she spent with us never once seemed upset that we were not able to purchase at that time. Finally 4 years later we called her and said I think we are ready now. Without hesitation said great! We have her our budget and what we wanted. Within a few weeks she found us this home we just purchased. I was very worried about not getting through underwriting again. She reassured me each time I was at question. She helped us along every step giving us her advice when questioned. Finally signed Monday June 1 st! She had been such a help and such a great person to work with! Will refer her to anyone in need! Thank you Jessie for everything you have done for me and my family. And thank you for being so patient with me. You are the best!

Jessica is the absolute best, she goes above and beyond what is expected of her, I would never deal with anyone else, she is caring and compassionate of your every need, I can't come up with words that describe the help she has been to me, Century 21 is really blessed to have her. She is perfect Jessica treated me like family.
