Buyer reviewWhen I started the process to purchase my house I was full of doubt and confusion. I was in a fairly new world with no knowledge of how to conduct myself or retrieve information on anything. When Jessica began to help me it flipped everything on its head, and I couldn't have been happier. She made sure if I didn't understand something it was explained to me in great detail. I never felt as though it was embarrassing for me to not know something because she reassured me that the process was extensive and confusing at times. So she made sure to ask me if I comprehended what I was being asked or what I was going to be signing for and that in-turn made me feel more confident in my decisions. Also she was very punctual when it came to meeting dates/times. I never felt as though I was waiting around for her to show up anywhere or even respond. This was something I appreciated especially closer to closing when things seemed to become a lot more anxiety inducing. Overall this company as a whol
