Buyer reviewJhuri Lamica is very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market and trends. That is primarily what we were seeking, and he checked all the boxes! It was a challenging market to be on the buyer's side, and often if you didn't see property quickly, you never had a chance to even put in an offer. Jhuri was extremely responsive and coordinated many quick showings for us. He also helped guide us as to trends in what to include or exclude from offers. Jhuri also helped manage our expectations, as it can be a disheartening to miss out on opportunities because of how competitive the market was. With us, Jhuri also had to navigate having a couple who had very different ideas as to what was important to have in a new home vs what could be added later. He was always positive and upbeat in his responses to us, as well as a master diplomat at making sure he was helping find a solution for both of us, versus deferring to one or the other. We couldn't have made it to this absolute dream home without him! Jhuri Lamica has been an invaluable resource to us, and we will happily refer people to him!
