Jill was enthusiastic and supportive throughout the whole process. She was unflappable and handled everything my 1965 Prairie Style house threw at her. It sold at a "slow" part of the year during which she just kept on having Open Houses until she found the right buyer.

Buyer review

I would highly recommend Jill Coenen for your Real Estate needs. We gave Jill a difficult challenge; finding a home suitable for 3 generations. Jill must have shown us over 60 homes and never once refused our request to show us a home. Jill also would assist with keeping our little guy entertained while we toured a home. Jill went above and beyond and in the end Jill did find us the home we were looking for. Jill always kept us on schedule and made sure we met all deadlines when it came to the Offer to Purchase. We were not familiar with a Home Inspector and Jill provided us with a list to select from. Thanks again Jill for everything you did for us, it is greatly appreciated.
