Seller reviewIn today's world, information, whether it's online (Zillow, Realtor.com, trulia, etc.) or through watching many of the television home improvement and real estate shows, individuals Are better educated to understand the value of their and other similar properties. This information enables the sellers and buyers to better understand the expectations, costs, and process to sell a house. However, even with all this information selecting the right realtor is important to assure your goals are met as a seller to maximize your profit. The realtor is the critical piece to the process, which in our case was selling our loved home of 27 years. Jill Coenen was exactly the agent we were looking for. We had interviewed 6 realtors and just didn't feel any understood our needs. Upon reaching out to Jill both my wife and I knew immediately in the interview that Jill "gets it, she knows what we want!". Jill did not disappoint throughout the initial listing, through open houses, writing up offers, right through to the closing. Jill is a dealmaker, she places her customer first. We would recommend Jill as an outstanding real estate professional.

Jill worked with us to find the best home to meet our requirements. Even though it took us longer than usual due to a death in the family......Jill really hung in there with us, was patient and understanding.
