Buyer reviewJill was amazing. This was my first time buying a house. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. She walked us through everything. She even took us to city hall and the water company, to help us set up our utilities. Didn't expect that kinda help, and the help was greatly appreciated. Especially since we are new to the area. I have even texted her after the sale, and she has helped me out every time. She's amazing!

Seller reviewOur sale ended up going to a close relative so we could have sold the property without a realtor. I'm VERY glad we had Jill's help though. She had the knowledge to guide us through all the legal steps. Also when the mortgage company began to get unreasonable she went to bat for us. The requirements from rocket mortgage were met repeatedly and every week they would have more paperwork and additional requirements that postponed our closing for about 2 months. Our realtor definitely earned her commission.Jill was with us every step of the way and I'm not at all sure we could have handled all of this on our own. 5 stars for Jill and the lowest possible rating for Rocket Mortgage.
