Buyer reviewAfter selling, building and selling our previous homes, there was no hesitation in choosing who we wanted to work with again. Jill has been through the buying/selling process many times and knows how difficult we can be. She knew that the house we just purchased was the one for us before we knew. She could tell because of our reaction to viewing the house. We never even realized! I will ALWAYS recommend Jill to anyone who asks about agents in the area and even if someone isn't ready to look I still always throw her name out there for a potential client to call! We love working with her!!

Seller reviewI was looking to sell my home from out of state. I previously inquired with 2 other local agents, but neither was prompt & responsive. So I just began googling for good real estate agents in the Leesville area. I found Jill by reading online reviews. I needed someone who knows the local area & was able to help me sell despite being out of sate. The reviews I read about her performance with past customers convinced me. I'm so glad I did. Jill handled every aspect of the sale with excellence. She was prompt, thorough & courteous. She put in extra effort to sell the home since I live out of state & couldn't handle many of the pieces of the sale in person. We needed utilities turned on & off, repairs to the home,etc. She handled these things personally, getting quotes, etc. I'm also a first time home seller, so she also helped me understand each part of the process. When our sale became complicated by legal matters at the end, Jill was patient, helpful, optimistic & saw everything through to the end... although it came about 6 weeks later than planned. I couldn't be more pleased! I would recommend her services to anyone & everyone.
