Personal Profile
I have called Indianapolis home my entire life, and I feel honored to sell homes to families in the area! Growing up in Indianapolis has been a very enjoyable experience, and I love sharing my knowledge of the city, especially the South Side, with people. I spent five years teaching seventh grade in the Center Grove Community School Corporation, and another two years as an at risk counselor in Brown County Schools before becoming a Realtor® in 2009. I use my skills as an educator to connect with the various types of clients that I work with. Being a real estate agent is about understanding the process of buying and selling homes and guiding my clients through this maze, but it is also about making personal connections with them. This is what I enjoy most about my career. In 2010, I was awarded Rookie of the Year with my company, and in 2012, I was accepted into the Real Estate Academy of Leadership through MIBOR. I am proud of both of these designations, and work every day to better my relationships with my clients and my colleagues in my profession. Seller reviewWorking with Jill was and always is an absolute pleasure! She is incredibly down to earth, friendly and genuinely engaging. The kind of person who makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does, and that passion shines through in the level of care and attention she gives. We feel confident with her. We feel safe with her and we wouldn't even consider another realtor.

Seller reviewJill Johnson was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Made suggestions on how our home would show better.

Seller reviewMy family and I loved working with Jill Johnson. She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional!

Seller reviewJill was recommended by multiple family members and she did not disappoint. Hopefully we won't need her services for awhile but I can guarantee if we need to buy/sell again, she will be our first and only call. She helped guide us through a very rough patch of fixing things in our selling home before being able to move forward with buying. She showed patience but also stayed behind us to navigate and continue to urge us to move forward in the right direction. No matter when or what we needed, we always felt like a priority. Knowing the number of clients she assists all the time, it never felt as if we were neglected in anyway. In dealing with issues with our selling home she connected us to multiple contacts in HVAC, Electrical, bugs/ rodents, etc. that we will forever use. She never swayed in making sure we were taken care of and getting the best from people that were along our journey of preparing to move. Jill is one of the best people we've ever dealt with professionally!

Buyer reviewJill Johnson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the house search process. My fiance and I were first time home buyers coming from out of state and were nervous at first about buying a house, however Jill was amazing and made the process as smooth and worry free as possible. She kept in constant communication, gave her professional opinion on the local market, and even took us to see 7 houses in a single day! Jill also recently has helped two other family members of ours with buying/selling houses and did an amazing job with them as well. We highly recommend utilizing Jill Johnson's expertise!
