Personal Profile
I have called Indianapolis home my entire life, and I feel honored to sell homes to families in the area! Growing up in Indianapolis has been a very enjoyable experience, and I love sharing my knowledge of the city, especially the South Side, with people. I spent five years teaching seventh grade in the Center Grove Community School Corporation, and another two years as an at risk counselor in Brown County Schools before becoming a Realtor® in 2009. I use my skills as an educator to connect with the various types of clients that I work with. Being a real estate agent is about understanding the process of buying and selling homes and guiding my clients through this maze, but it is also about making personal connections with them. This is what I enjoy most about my career. In 2010, I was awarded Rookie of the Year with my company, and in 2012, I was accepted into the Real Estate Academy of Leadership through MIBOR. I am proud of both of these designations, and work every day to better my relationships with my clients and my colleagues in my profession. Buyer reviewJill Johnson has now helped us purchase two homes, this being the second. Both experiences were excellent. This time, we had a longer wish list and took a bit more time deciding on the right property. Jill patiently took us to as many houses as she could, not just in Greenwood but throughout the Indianapolis area as we debated what location would best meet our needs. Ultimately, Jill's knowledge of the local area and connections helped us find our dream home to raise our family just minutes from the first home she helped us find. We never doubted that when the time came to move, we'd reach out to her again. She gave us candid advice on how we could best present our home to a future buyer, and once again made the process--this time, on the sale side--so painless. She had helpful referrals of local businesses we contacted to get the house ready for the market and helped us prioritize projects. Once we felt the home was ready to list, Jill immediately contacted her photographer and got everything ready on her end as efficiently as possible. Jill is an excellent communicator, and we are so glad we trusted her throughout this process.
