Sharon is affectionately known in the San Carlos, Del Cerro, and La Mesa areas as the "Condo Queen." I found that out when I initially began looking for a property in the Lake Murray area. I always look for the best, most experienced realtor in any area where I'm looking to buy. Sharon met that need. I learned about Sharon's qualifications when I made a direct call to her office and asked who was the "best" they had when it came to condos.
I found Sharon's communication skills to be excellent. She kept me informed and completely comfortable every step of the journey. She is the best communicator I have ever encountered in this business, which spans 25 years of buying and selling property in two states!
Sharon has excellent people working out of her office. I've walked in the office many times to find all employees helpful, genuinely interested in me and professional. The photographer that took shots of my condo was excellent as well.
I even utilized Award Property's Melissa Pirez to manage my rental. She was timely, polite and very competent. She literally took care of every aspect of the renting of my condo. She walked me through all decisions and gave much needed, clear expertise. I consider Melissa to be the best I've ever encountered in decades of renting out properties under a management company.
I think it is a big mistake when buyers and sellers do not get the very best, and instead go for a quick sale at a supposedly "discount" rate. The saying "You get what you pay for" rings true here.
I personally recommend at the highest level possible the services of Ms. Sharon Schultz. I tell folks about her anytime I have the chance. I am a pretty demanding and fussy person by nature when it comes to something as important as real estate. Sharon has literally exceeded all my expectations in all areas. I can't sing her praises enough.

Sharon was awesome! She listed the property on a Saturday and held an open house the next day on Sun. By Sun night we had 2 offers and she helped guide and advise me through the entire process, from offer(s) to close. Sharon has a great disposition and helped to calm me down when I got frustrated a few times about the process. She also is very much a professional with extraordinary integrity. I lived in Lake Park previously and have consulted with Sharon for 20 to 25 years about property values at Lake Park. My condo has been a rental for the past 25 to 30 years. Sharon has always been in contact with me and has provided me with market information. I have always told her that if I was to sell my condo, I would use her as my agent. After that many years, most agents would have given up on me but Sharon was always there when I needed her. Patience eventually pays off and in my case, it paid off for Sharon.June 2017
As a rule, I have very little confidence and respect for real estate agents. Sharon is the really true exception. Extremely knowledgeable about her inventory and the market. I had total trust in her decisions concerning the sale of my condo and you just don't get any more professional than Sharon. She is an asset to Century 21. I can't wait til I get back to San Diego to visit and have dinner with Sharon to celebrate our sale.
Our sale was not an easy one. We had several buyers with unbelievable circumstances. I am not the easiest person, nor the most patient person to deal with when things don't go the way they should but Sharon weathered through all the drama with flying colors.

Karla inspired me to not settle but be patient and find my dream. We looked at lemon after lemon, but on the road Karla helped me learn what I really wanted and how to find it. The best part was she knew before I did when a house was right. We had one slip through our fingers, and broke my heart, but Karl's positive spirit helped pick me back up and push through the disappointment.

The Actual Agent I worked with was Mr. Timothy Cien, and I could not say enough great things about Tim. He was very professional, gave prompt and timely responses to any and all my questions regarding real estate.
