Seller reviewJim was everything (and more) we hoped for in a Broker. His tireless efforts, dedication, professionalism and overall good nature, distinguishes him from other Brokers. He became a trusted friend and voice of reason over the course of it all. Jim communicated with us frequently and remained openminded to our thoughts and concerns. It was not just Jim selling our home, we felt part of the process (for better or worse). When the offer came in on the house, and there were home inspection issues, Jim came to the rescue with excellent contractors to remediate the findings. I don't know how many other Brokers would have done that. It helped tremendously with easing the pressure and frustrations. Overall, Jim Celio is an outstanding broker and a really genuine person. Anyone who has the chance to work with him should consider it a privilege.

We believe there could be no one better. It's a pleasure to do business with someone who knows his job so well. All we can say is outstanding, I can't imagine anyone in real estate working harder than Jim. The best Awesome. He is extremely professional, easy to get in contact with and always follows up quickly with any questions I have. I was excited for the opportunity to work with him again when selling my home. I had a great experience selling with Jim. He took great care to explain all the details of the listing and sale of my house and arranged professional pictures to be taken. He advised on all aspects of the selling process and was always there when I had a question. I was happy with all steps of the selling process. Jim is very calm, patient and professional. When negotiating with the buyers, he listened to my opinions and eloquently relayed all my communications to the buyers real estate agent. This made negotiations seamless and I felt I had a great outcome. 10/10 would recommend using Jim Celio as your real estate agent .
