He became a trusted friend and voice of reason over the course of it all. Jim communicated with us frequently and remained openminded to our thoughts and concerns. It was not just Jim selling our home, we felt part of the process (for better or worse). When the offer came in on the house, and there were home inspection issues, Jim came to the rescue with excellent contractors to remediate the findings. I don't know how many other Brokers would have done that. It helped tremendously with easing the pressure and frustrations. Overall, Jim Celio is an outstanding broker and a really genuine person. Anyone who has the chance to work with him should consider it a privilege.
