Seller reviewI had used Jim previously when I purchased my home and had a great experience. He is extremely professional, easy to get in contact with and always follows up quickly with any questions I have. I was excited for the opportunity to work with him again when selling my home. I had a great experience selling with Jim. He took great care to explain all the details of the listing and sale of my house and arranged professional pictures to be taken. He advised on all aspects of the selling process and was always there when I had a question. I was happy with all steps of the selling process. Jim is very calm, patient and professional. When negotiating with the buyers, he listened to my opinions and eloquently relayed all my communications to the buyers real estate agent. This made negotiations seamless and I felt I had a great outcome. 10/10 would recommend using Jim Celio as your real estate agent .

Seller reviewJim was with us every step of the way!! Jim went above and beyond his duties on this sale. We are thankful he was our go to guy through the whole process. Even when he was gravely ill! This was a very difficult property to sell. It had some easements that created problems, and the overall condition of the grounds of the property was terrible.
