Jim was so knowledgeable about antique homes and steered us to a home which was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jim. He's been the best realtor I've ever worked with. Jim has many years experience and knew exactly how to navigate the home buying process. He was very helpful in negotiating a purchase price. We were from out of town and weren't familiar with the home prices locally. He went the extra mile and let us know what was going on all along the way.
