Buyer reviewJim was so helpful. He worked hard to get estimates for all of the work needed in the house so we would know what we were getting into with an old home. Jim was so knowledgeable about antique homes and steered us to a home which was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jim. He's been the best realtor I've ever worked with. Jim has many years experience and knew exactly how to navigate the home buying process. He was very helpful in negotiating a purchase price. We were from out of town and weren't familiar with the home prices locally. He went the extra mile and let us know what was going on all along the way.

He continually goes out of his way to make your experience, whether buying or selling your home, the easiest, most enjoyable of experiences. He listens to what you want, goes out of his way to accommodate you, goes over and beyond all expectations in finding what you want and making sure all the "t"s are crossed and "I"s are dotted so there are no last minute surprises. This is the 3rd time I've used Jim Celio specifically as my agent, twice to sell and this time to buy. He knows the area, gets to know his clients, and in the end, you get a new home and a new friend.
