Despite numerous challenges, Jim Celio overcame all obsticles and went above and beyond for us to complete the sale, and at the price we hoped for in a less than desireable area. Without Jim's expertise, knowledge and patience, the house would still be on the market. He made himself available to us at all times, even through the Thanksgiving holiday. He was most helpful in facilitating resolutions to "problem areas" that arose during the inspection process. He did most of the "leg work" that might have been left to us by others.
