He made sure we understood each step of the process and would answer any questions we had. Jim would respond back in a timely manner whenever we needed his assistance with a question on the house. He made us feel important and would inquire about anything he did not know on the house. Any information he had, he would share it with us and go over it. Jim is very knowledgeable in real estate and is a great person to help with the house buying or selling process.
