we owned a very unique house (just 2 bedrooms 1 of which was in the basement) and knew we would have difficulty selling it. After meeting with Jim, he assured us that our property was not that unique and he could sell it. After showing us the comps in our area, we were very confident that we were choosing the right broker. Jim did all of the above in a very professional manner. He is the epitome of what a real estate broker should be. He wrote the book. Jim Celio has a vast knowledge of the Hebron and surrounding areas. He is also familiar with various contractors that may be needed to expedite the sale. I would highly recommend Jim Celio for getting the job done.

Jim Celio went through countless old homes with us. He took the time to know what we were looking for and help us find it. It was a long and at times frustrating search. We wanted a house at least a 100 years old, at a set price point, in one town and in a condition that was not beyond our skill set so... a needle in a haystack. We are thrilled with our new home and know we would never have found it without Jim's experience, knowledge and patience.

Jim Celio is extremely knowledge, he provided guidance throughout the entire process. He worked around our schedules and was always available by phone and email. Jim provided a list of home inspectors and lawyers in the area, which helped us to choose well qualified vendors. Jim provided clear and concise information which was extremely helpful for us as first time home owners. He was flexible around our work schedules.
