Seller reviewWe experienced a difficult sale due to the unpredictable nature of the buyer. Despite numerous challenges, Jim Celio overcame all obsticles and went above and beyond for us to complete the sale, and at the price we hoped for in a less than desireable area. Without Jim's expertise, knowledge and patience, the house would still be on the market. He made himself available to us at all times, even through the Thanksgiving holiday. There is simply no better real estate agent anywhere. We would never sell a house wtihout Jim. Never.

Seller reviewJim Celio was on top of every aspect of our Sales process. His communication with us through the process via phone, email and web-site was prompt and thorough. He was most helpful in facilitating resolutions to "problem areas" that arose during the inspection process. He did most of the "leg work" that might have been left to us by others. He worked very hard on our behalf and we believe we got the best price possible for an aging property in a depressed market- Jim earned and deserves every penny of his Sales Commission!

Seller reviewwe owned a very unique house (just 2 bedrooms 1 of which was in the basement) and knew we would have difficulty selling it. After meeting with Jim, he assured us that our property was not that unique and he could sell it. After showing us the comps in our area, we were very confident that we were choosing the right broker. Jim did all of the above in a very professional manner. He is the epitome of what a real estate broker should be. He wrote the book. Jim Celio has a vast knowledge of the Hebron and surrounding areas. He is also familiar with various contractors that may be needed to expedite the sale. I would highly recommend Jim Celio for getting the job done.
