During the entire process he was communicative and gave valuable information to aid in my decision making process. He maneuvered the entire transaction smoothly with his years of experience and had a can do - pleasant attitude and patience with me as the seller to calm my nerviousness from his years of industry experience. In the past I have worked with other agents and was extremely nervious going into the process but he turned around all of my past bad experiences into a seamless and great experience.
