Seller reviewJim was great to work with. From the pricing to listing into showings and to offer acceptance - through every step of the way Jim was on it. During the entire process he was communicative and gave valuable information to aid in my decision making process. He maneuvered the entire transaction smoothly with his years of experience and had a can do - pleasant attitude and patience with me as the seller to calm my nerviousness from his years of industry experience. In the past I have worked with other agents and was extremely nervious going into the process but he turned around all of my past bad experiences into a seamless and great experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home! If looking to buy or sell skip the other agents and go to the best!

Buyer reviewWe were competing with multiple similar offers. Jim kept in contact with the seller's realtor and really advocated for us, without him I don't think we would have gotten our house.
