Buyer reviewJim Fox and Ki Hatch were instrumental in preparing the property for sale. Ki was very helpful with recommendations and support on donations and dump runs to off load items no longer needed. They were on top of the market and pricing. All the help and support resulted in an above asking sale in less than 5 days. Bravo.

Seller reviewI interviewed four brokers. Three had solicitated me, so I wanted to pick one myself. I reviewed many years of listing flyers from my neighborhood, and Jim Fox popped-up on several. So I called him. We hit it off and all he had to say and offer was very high above the other three. After I met Jim Fox, there was no possibility of consideration for the others. The entire process was flawless, no stress, ran like clockwork. Jim Fox is highly responsive and his knowledge, experience, and so very nice personality is not to be matched in my opinion. Juggling an out-of-state closing, the sale of my current home, and coordinating the long-distance move should have created a nightmare scenario-- but having Jim Fox steadfastly behind me on the sale allowed all the other stuff to go smoothly as well. I could go on all day because the past two years have been personally stressful, and selling my home in the current market with higher rates and decreasing prices was not as hopeful as before. However, Jim Fox's expertise saved the day and cancelled any anticipated worries. We got the highest price to date for the Southern Oaks community - I know, because I have been tracking this neighborhood for twenty years!
