Jimmy Terry went above and beyond for us to get our house on the market and sold quickly. He was always available for questions and made everything as smooth/easy as he possibly could. I can't speak highly enough of how helpful he was during the entire process!

JT did an excellent job at lining up the sale timing and purchase/signing/ move in dates on the new property. We had very difficult buyers and he did a great job at communicating with the buyers agent on our behalf and making sure the buyers agent was relaying information properly to his clients. We were able to move into our new home the same day we signed our paperwork . JT was instrumental in working with our builder to allow us to move in a week after our construction date without any type of penalties. He is an extremely busy agent who had many deals going on at once so we are very appreciative for his commitment to our sale/purchase.

I met Jimmy Terry in a unrelated business encounter, we exchanged numbers and based on that established connection I reached out to him when me and my wife were ready to search for a home.
Jimmy Terry made the process very smooth and easy, his knowledge of exactly what we were looking for allowed him to take us exactly where we wanted, within our parameters and budget we found our dream home on the first and only day of house hunting. From there the ball moved really fast and like I said it was almost too easy, everything went very smoothly and was as stress free of a process as it could be. JT was outstanding!
Because of the organic relationship we developed on that first encounter, it really felt like we were dealing with a friend and someone who had our best interests in mind. He was available and there for any and every question we had, the process was so fast from start to finish, but he was readily available throughout.

Overall the process was smooth and as stress free as buying a home could be. JT was readily available and knowledgeable and got us exactly what we dreamed and hoped for.
