My first experience with Jo Ann Ayres was approximately 10 years ago when I contracted with Jo Ann and Century 21 Desert Estates Realty to manage my rental property after a couple of really bad experiences with other managers. Jo Ann did an excellent job from the start. Through the years she dealt with new tenants, the HOA, pool service, gardening service and various repair services with very little participation required from me.
