Buyer reviewI had a time sensitive situation in which I needed to find a place quickly. Joanne Davis walked me through every step, had referrals when I had none and was super patient through all my tears. I did not know her prior to our first conversation, but when I spoke to her I know she was listening and could tell she was going to be in my corner and do everything to make sure that this experience was going to be okay. Buying a home is super stressful, I recommend anyone looking for an agent who will take the time to understand their needs and situation, reach out to Joanne Davis.

Seller reviewJoanne was very knowledgeable about the homes in the area as to their value compared to my home in deciding the price to put it on the market. When I was ready to put it on the market, the next day she had a showing and scheduled an open house the very next Sunday. At that first Sunday we had an offer which within a week turned in to the sale of the home. She walked me through the paper work, which was complicated because it was a POA sale because my Sister was in a nursing and made the process a little more complicated. Seeing as it was the first home sale I had gone through in 46 years Joanne made it was a real easy process.
