Joanne Rezzino brings over 30 years of experience as a Certified Signing Agent, guiding countless clients through every type of real estate closing—HELOCs, residential purchases, refinances, commercial loans, and more. Before that, she worked as a real estate paralegal for attorneys specializing in real estate law, preparing the critical documents that move transactions from contract to closing.
Her familiarity with all types of closings is second nature. Over the years, Joanne witnessed many buyers and sellers arrive at the table feeling uncertain, anxious, or unprepared. That experience inspired her to shift her focus—using her extensive behind-the-scenes expertise to work directly with clients. It’s a decision she calls the best of her career.
