Buyer reviewWe had previously worked with Joanne when we purchased a lot in Mtn. View. We did not hesitate to contact her when we decided to purchase a home in the same area. We were traveling from the mainland and had limited time to visit the homes we had selected to view. Joanne understood our needs and worked closely with us to arrange the visit and within 48 hours we had made a contract offer which was accepted. She also arranged a meeting with a local mortgage company for the home loan. Although we had to return to the mainland, she stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process including a personal phone call the morning the deed was registered. She handled the walk through for repairs, final walk through, and arranged for key pickup. We have purchased several homes over the past 35 years due to job transfers. We have NEVER had a realtor that put our needs first the way Joanne did.

Buyer reviewThis was a tough transaction especially when it is in foreclosure and the sellers lender were not cooperating and court case after court case really put me into a negative approach. Joanne Mucha hang in there for a very long time because I was persistence and she persevered to help me get through this hardship. I commend her for her professional approach, her experience in sticking it out to the end. She is an awesome realtor and I will no doubt always be the first to recommend her and she will always be the first in any of my future real estate transactions.

Seller reviewWe first requested a Century 21 realtor who was referred to us and later on in time had accidently met at a rental property. However she was no longer with Century 21 when it came time to buy. In her place, Joanne Mucha was introduced to us and my wife and I never looked back. After a meeting with her, she immediately began searching for property for sale in the areas we preferred and that were in our price range. She also arranged time to take around to see the homes we were interested in. We were out looking for houses the next day. Each house that we looked at, Joanne would inform us the advantages and disadvantages of it and the property (including hidden, shallow lava tubs). Our total experiences with Joanne, in both buying and selling, were professional, honest and most of all friendly and courteous.
