I had been a renter my whole life and, at my age, I was starting to feel like I was just settling with that fact. However, buying was always a goal of mine, I just didn’t have the confidence to get started, financially. I was introduced to Jodi Cooper by a family friend and and spoke with her about my situation. Through short conversation, Jodi peaked mine and my wife’s interest and confidence that, “Hey, maybe we can do this!” Jodi immediately put me in contact with right people to help me start building my credit. She also worked to find properties that she thought we may like based on our needs and interests. That was big for me because I wasn’t even credit worthy yet, but she built the confidence in me that I could get this done. Jodi helped us move into a home that properly fit our family and worked with the selling agent to get us in a situation that helped give me some time to build my credit.
