Buyer reviewThis box isn't big enough to fit all of the positive things we could say about Jodi. Having purchased a number of homes in the past, Jodi sets the excellence bar very high. Her attentiveness, attention to detail and general all-around knowledge served us well. Jodi understands the difference between buying a house and buying a home. Suffice to say - if Jodi's not your realtor, you've made a mistake!

Buyer reviewJodi was excellent to work with! We moved to Duluth from out of state and she contacted us right away to discuss our needs once we were referred. We weren't entirely certain of what areas to look at in Duluth and having two small children, a kid friendly and safe neighborhood was very important to us. She had recommendations immediately and found us a wonderful home in a great neighborhood! She was patient with us, very conscientious of our budget and diligent in sending us homes that had the amenities we requested. Overall we had a great experience and we will definitely be contacting her again for our next house!
