Joe was excellent in every aspect of selling our old home and finding us a new one. He was always willing to help us find the right place no matter time of day. He was very helpful and nice and someone that was very easy to talk to. He really took the time to listen to what you were looking for. He stayed active in locating houses that he thought would be a good fit for our growing family. When we move again in years to come, I hope Joe is still available! Our old home took some time to sell. We had many offers but for reasons out of our control, things just weren't going through for some time. Joe always stayed positive, made sure we didn't take anything personal, and never backed down from our standards in selling that house. He was very patient and answered all our questions in a quick manner when something came up that we were unsure of. Joe was great to work with, and we wouldn't have wanted to do this process with anyone else!
