I have been a member of USAA for 45 years. I retired from Sears, Roebuck and Company after 30 years as a District Manager. Joe Eletto was God's gift to us in a huge time of transition as we were moving out of state. From the initial contact and sellers contract, he helped us understand every piece we were signing. He worked with our schedule at the end of a busy school year to navigate showings that worked for both us and the buyers. He answered every question made us feel comfortable with the entire process - doing everything he could to make it seamless. September 2019
Joe believed in the value of our home and talked to us about each offer that was made and gave wise council from his years of experience. He helped us know what to upgrade and how to make our house ready for viewing and even helped us with some minor repairs after we had a contract and inspection! We ended up getting our full asking price!

Joe came recommended from a fellow Army veteran, Colonel DJ Reyes. From beginning to end, Joe represented himself as someone who selflessly cares about veterans and made the process as painless as possible. My wife and I had an awful house buying experience due to the gross incompetence of our previous broker, so Joe completely blew away our expectations going in. He helped demystify the real estate jargon and gave us reasonable options that helped us feel we were in control of the process. Even though we had to move halfway across the country while our property was on the market, Joe went far above and beyond acting as steward and caretaker for our property as if it were his own. I believe the selfless extra work Joe put into our property was integral in our ability to sell our home. A lot of people claim they are pro veteran, but I honestly can't think of anyone else I would recommend more highly to other veterans when it comes to real estate in the Tampa area. Our only regret is we weren't aware of Joe sooner so he could have helped us get a better deal when we purchased the house originally.

Joe was fantastic. We were relocating to Fl at the end of the year and we starting looking for a home in May. Many realtors may have not taken us seriously because our anticipated move to the area was so far in the future but Joe treated us with the same attention that an earnest buyer would expect. We had very specific requirements in what we wanted and a budget in mind. We live in Hawaii and our visits to the area were for only a few days at a time. Joe lined up homes to see during each of our visits that met our criteria. Joe dedicated his day to us as we inspected each home. He even help us view homes in St Pete and as far North as New Port Richey. He showed us home both above and below our budget and gave us a very good sense of the market.
Like any buyer, we wanted a good deal. Joe helped us investigate homes that were in foreclosure and/or were real fixer uppers.
While back in Hawaii, we would see homes on the internet. We let Joe know and Joe would visit the home and send us videos and his own professional observations.
Even after we bought a home, Joe is still helping us. He has providing leads on local service companies and contact information on public service and utility companies. He is even helping us find a short term renter for our new home until we are ready to relocate. I highly recommend Joe Eletto to anyone looking to buy a home in or around Apollo Beach. I cant say enough good things about Joe.

In every moment of every experience I have spent with Joe (both casually and professionally) during the past, almost 20-years, I have never observed or experienced anything in his life other than a fixed character of passion, commitment, sacrifice, service, humility, and integrity. I have never known this kind of integrity in any other person. For these reasons, I had no doubt of Joe's capacity to exceed our expectations and deliver excellence - which, of course, he did!!May 2015
When we were unexpectedly confronted with the need to put our house on the market (a home that we rented out to military for 10+ years) we were physically living 10,000-miles away. We were completely incapable of managing the immediate repairs, maintenance, market assessment, and other critical needs. Joe Eletto, without hesitancy or complaint, stepped in/up and coordinated volunteers, competitive bids, and even personally assisted on-site a number of times to ensure our house, pool, yard, etc. was in the best possible condition for a quality sale.
Joe Eletto showed tenacity and commitment, even when my own "faith" began to waiver following two failed contracts (buyer issues unrelated to Century21 or Joe Eletto). Within days of the failed contracts, another, better offer was in hand. Our house was a challenge to sell due to its age, 10-years of rental, and a struggling neighborhood BUT JOE ELETTO managed to get us a Cash Sale that closed ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations.
I can say this of Joe Eletto - If you are fortunate enough to have him in your corner (as your Realtor or any other role), I can pretty much guarantee you will quickly discover there is no one who will work harder, demonstrate more genuine humility and service, or show more integrity and confident commitment on your behalf than Joe Eletto, Century21 Beggins Enterprise.
I close with this: How many Realtors can list and close on a moderately marketable home for a client another continent away while consistently creating and maintaining for that client a feeling that he was actually right by his side the whole time - I dare say, not many!
