16 years experience in construction management and computer aided design (i.e. site plans, home plans and space plans for interior build-outs 8 years as an organizer and one of the Co-founder's of Crown Point Cares. CPC is a non-perishable food donation program for Northwest Indiana residents in need. CPC all started to help the 2008 flood victims in North Lake County and has become a Crown Point tradition. Donations have gone as far as to help the victims from the EF-5 tornado that ripped through Joplin, MO in 2011 and the EF-2 in Kokomo, Indiana in 2013. 15 years actively involved in restoring one of the 1933-34 World's Fair homes that was part of the ""Homes of Tomorrow"" exhibit. The ""Homes of Tomorrow"" were significant because they were all constructed to demonstrate revolutionary new products to the marketplace during the ""Great Depression"" (i.e. drywall, plywood, automatic dishwashers, etc.).

Once he knew my wants he did not pester me to go and see a million things. He called me to view properties that met my needs. Both times I put a bid in on a property was while I was out of town. Joe acted quickly and kept in touch via phone so I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Then he led me through the purchase process making sure I was informed i was up to dated and informed.
