Seller reviewI greatly appreciated that Joe took the time to sit down and talk with me about what I wanted from the sale of my house. After our talk I was confident that he completely understood what I was after. I really felt that Joe and I were working as a team to help me achieve my goal. Joe and I were in constant contact during the sale of my house. He completed everything he said that he was going to do exactly when he said he was going to do it. I was never in a position where I was wondering what was happening. Inspections were completed and I was immediately sent the results. Contracts were sent to my email exactly when he said they would be. Joe even arranged for a roofing contractor to put a new roof on my house as part of the sale agreement. I have no problem rating Joe Grap as excellent in all performance categories as this was truly the experience I had while working with him on the sale of my house. I always had full confidence that Joe was taking care of things and that progress was being made.
