Joe was on the job day one! He work on some items inside to make it show better for pictures. He held a couple open houses and biggest advantage, he networked and talked to other neighbors to locate a prospective buyer. Joe is a responsive person and very trustworthy.

At the beginning of meeting Joe, I was not 100% sure that we would keep him as my realtor so we did short term agreement and the more the we connected and met at so many different locations. The more I realize how great and awesome he was as a salesman. So dedicated very respectful of my need and budget.
