When we signed up Joe Mata we didnt know we were going to have an agent who helps even after the sale is done. We have called Joe for verious things thathas came up. We would call or e-mail and he would answer right away. So you see Joe does not just drop his clients because a sale has or hasnt been made. You can depend on him either way. He is very helpful to answer questions requarding your sale, your purchase, or just questions in general.
