During our first meeting, he spent the time to thoroughly explain the whole process and estimated timelines to me. He was extremely approachable and actually helped me to move from being nervous to excited about the prospect of purchasing a new home. Throughout the whole process, Joe provided timely updates and he was always accessible when I needed him. He really went out of his way to accommodate my needs and exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Joe gained my trust right away - He was always patient, respectful, professional and friendly. It is obvious that Joe truly cares about his clients. He really went the extra mile to make sure my experience was positive and he advocated for me every step of the way. Seller reviewI currently have one other home listed with Joe Vitale and another one that is in the process of painting, etc. so it can go on the market. As my tenants move out of my homes, I will be listing them all with Joe. If you had a higher score, I would give it to Joe Vitale for patience, knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. I could not imagine receiving better service from a realtor, and I have dealt with quite a few in my time in buying and selling over 20 personal and rental properties. Joe helped through all phases starting with what to do to best improve the home and get it on the market. He has the ability to go through a home and tell you what is worth repairing or improving and what to leave "as is" for the home to sell quickly. Joe Vitale's follow-up and feedback is awesome! I chose Century 21 due to Joe Vitale moving to your office. He is awesome and has helped me sell several homes quickly. The process is always smooth and he goes above and beyond in every transaction. Joe is smart, fun, and extremely helpful in marketing and selling homes. Congratulations to Century 21 for adding him to your team! I would strongly recommend him to sell any home and will be using him to sell all of my rentals and eventually my current home when I decide to downsize.
