Seller reviewJoe knows the greater Lansing area, street to street. Whatever your criteria is, he'll waste no time finding you prospective homes that fit your search. He's straight to the point in every aspect of home buying/selling, including from paperwork, finding interested buyers, getting inspections and contractors scheduled (if needed), etc. He provided great insight on quick home improvements to help it sell easier. A fresh coat of paint on the porch really upped the curb appeal. I recommend Joe to anyone I talk to that's interested in buying/selling a home. A lot of people I talk to will mention issues they have with their current real estate agent, such as not being shown houses within their criteria, poor/too much communication, being rushed during walkthroughs, and constantly being bombarded with pressure to make a purchase. These are all issues that you will NEVER have with Joe. At the end of the day, he wants what you want, and he wants you to be happy with your decision.
