I'm a 2001 Bachelor's Degree Graduate from Eli Broad School of Business, Michigan State University. I proudly reside in East Lansing/Meridian Township Michigan.     Joe Vitale was EXCEPTIONAL. As first time homebuyers, we wanted an agent that could explicitly walk through each step of the homebuying process, offer suggestions and advice, and provide us with open communication in real time. Joe exceeded our expectations in every possible way. He made the overwhelming process of homebuying manageable and straightforward. Although we knew he had dozens of other clients in addition to managing other properties, he took the time to make us feel like we were his only clients. He was always up front on what to expect the second we walked into a house, was well-read on every property, knew the selling agents in the area, and helped us prepare a well-rounded offer. Additionally, he knew local inspectors, contractors, loan officers, etc. so we were prepared to tackle each step of the process due to his guidance. In a sellers market, Joe took every opportunity to help us maximize our offer and our working relationship. He picked up every phone call and responded right away to our text messages. He was timely, polite, and constantly made us laugh. His approach to homebuying was to be a teacher and a friend, and that was more than we ever could've asked for from this experience.

He also did what was necessary including additional open houses and even offered virtual showings due to the Covid restrictions.     This is the sixth time I have used Joe to buy or sell a property Joe always goes the extra mile to help with pricing, staging and negotiating contracts. In addition, his attention to detail is awesome Most importantly Joe is a wonderful and ethical person who truly cares. Not only have I had him sell my properties, I have also referred family and friends to Joe, and they all have the same fabulous service! Joe is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home! Even during the onset of COVID, Joe worked to get the house sold. My buyer took a while to close, as he was in California, but Joe worked to expedite the the closing and kept me informed throughout the process.
