He walked us through the motions of what would help us sell it faster, and even offered his own furnishings for the pictures. John worked on weekends putting the for sale sign in the yard and was very reachable and always returned messages in a timely fashion. His secretary Kathleen was very helpful with all the paperwork that's involved during the process. My wife and I were very satisfied with our experience of selling our first home. He went out of his way to address certain complications that are not typical to a sale. We felt comfortable throughout the process and achieved the expected results. John certainly stepped up to make that happen. We would recommend John to anyone interested in selling a house. We, as his client, are not always easy to satisfy - he did, most couldn't.
