Born in Lakeland, FL and raised in Winter Haven, FL, I've dedicated my career to serving the community in a variety of roles. With two decades of experience in Parks and Recreation, I've had the honor of working with Winter Haven and Lakeland in positions such as swim coach, lifeguard, water safety instructor, and certified pool operator. Along the way, I spent 15 years in the service industry, where I honed my skills as a front-of-house manager, server, expeditor, cook, and even dishwasher-my first job at 15.
In more recent years, I transitioned into the world of insurance, helping clients find safe and affordable coverage while delivering expert customer service. These experiences have laid the foundation for my current role as a real estate agent with Century 21, where I now provide expert guidance to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Buyer reviewI know that typically John works in the Polk County, Florida area, however I was looking to purchase my 1st home in Highlands, County. This was no issue for John because he went above and beyond to find inspectors and resources where I needed them. John was very informative in explaining the process and details on purchasing a home and he has amazing patience and is very personable. I have already referred John to many friends and most importantly my family members for their future endeavors. Having John as my realtor is amazing, I have a professional realtor on my side and a new friend. I will always use his expertise when purchasing a home.

Buyer reviewJohn was fantastic! He really listened to me and understood exactly what I was looking for. He actually found the house I bought by driving around. The house was for sale by owner and he stopped, called the owner and viewed the house. When he called me he said "Helen, I think I found your house". Boy was he right. The house is everything I was looking for. I would certainly refer everyone I know to John and if I'm in the market again will only use John's services
