John likes to say that he caused the recession as he got his license in November of 2007 just as the economy tanked. He used this slow time to earn his SRES (Seniors RE Specialist) then became one of the very first ECO (Environmental Consultant Agents) in the US. He also gained the Green Realtor designation and continues to work on the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Most folks do not understand what all the initials are about, but professionals in our industry know he has taken the time, energy and financial resources to stay current to better serve his clients.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. He was able to get the house ready for the market in around 3 weeks and then marketed it so well it sold in 2-3 days after going on the market.
