John Karrigan helped me sell my previous house several years ago and was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me out, and I didn't consider using any other agent when I went to buy a new house. This time around he showed the same qualities, being extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful. He kept me informed about what steps were needed and offered to help out in any way he could with miscellaneous things I needed throughout the process.
