We loved working alongside John Karrigan with the purchase of our new home. John knows the area inside and out and was extremely helpful, honest, and patient throughout our home buying process.

John is a great real estate agent and a truly wonderful man. I am from Taiwan. My daughter was attending the University of Wisconsin and I wanted to buy a condo for her to live in while going to school. I have an American friend who is a former real estate broker and real estate lawyer. He did the research and told me the best agent to use was John. John found the perfect condo for me to purchase. He helped me buy furniture and when I returned to Taiwan he would call or stop by to make sure my daughter was alright. When I decided to sell the condo, I flew to Madison. John met me and explained what we should do to make it more attractive, sell quickly and get a good price. He found everyone I needed to do the work and it was done quickly and perfectly. Within one week after listing the property, I had three offers. John helped me select the best offer and we communicated by email because I had returned to Taiwan. We sold the condo at the highest price with fast escrow. Since I am in Taiwan, John sent all documents to me via Fed Ex and worked with an escrow company for easy closing. I had a wonderful experience working with John and recommend him very highly. He is honest, reliable, thoughtful, caring, and has a lot of experience in real estate. I think he is the best.

John did a phenomenal job coming prepared to all our showings with information regarding each house. He provided paper copies of the listing and sellers remarks. Any additional questions we had, he provided the answer to. It was a breath of fresh air knowing John did some research on the place before we stepped inside the house. John was was always very easy going and easy to talk to, whether it be about the house or casual conversation to get to know each other. It made our buying experience more enjoyable knowing that someone was on our side and wanted to work with us.

John is professional, pleasant, trustworthy, patient and knowledgeable. In addition, and very important to me, he was willing to research my questions if he did not know the answer to and get back to me with valuable information.

We have no plans for selling or purchasing other properties at this point, but we would not hesitate to ask John Karrigan to represent us in any other real estate transactions that we might enter into.
